Hydraulic ring sawing

Ring sawing is similar to hand sawing, but is capable of cutting up to a depth of 260mm. ACT Concrete Cutting operates both petrol and hydraulic powered ring saws.

ACT Concrete Cutting operates a number of Electric and Petrol Hydraulic Ring saws powered by either a petrol or 3 phase power pack.

A Ring Saw is a hand held hydraulic saw that is commonly used on smaller scale jobs. A ring saw will cut up to 260mm deep with no over cutting and no core holes whilst leaving a precision square cut edge. The ring saw differs from other saws because the blade is not put on a spindle, the blade has no core (center) and it rotates on a roller system.

Ring Sawing is used for:

• Double brick walls 
• Door and window openings 
• Concrete pipes and man hole covers
• Cutting is required in confined spaces.
